立即召開評議會緊急會議
本月四日，四位評議員要求召開評議會會議，對你及沈顯龍義務秘書提出不信任動議，你無動於衷。
本月八日，二十多位評議員要求召開評議會會議，肯定選舉委員會合法性及譴責陳冠康會長，你充耳不聞。
本月二十一日，九位評議員再次要求召開評議會會議，對你及沈顯龍義務秘書提出不信任動議，你仍然不聞不問。
本月二十三日，多位基本會員要求召開評議會會議，解決週年大選亂象，你視而不見。
本月二十三日，委任選舉檢察員及選舉主任的傳閱動議未能通過，甚至張楚晞內務副會長亦要求召開評議會會議討論，你也是愛理不理。
本月二十四日，校方學生發展及資源中心職員詢問選舉檢察員委任情況，你打算怎樣回答？
還有，你多次自行詮釋評議會附例，無視詮釋權應在評議會會議手上。
召開評議會會議，真的這麼難嗎？
根據會章內Article 9b)，”Meeting of the Union Council shall be convened by the Chairperson of the Union Council at his/her initiative, or at the request of the President of the Union or any Member of the Union Council seconded by three Union Council Members.”
另根據會章內Article 9f)，”An Emergency Meeting of the Union Council shall be convened by the Chairperson of the Union Council at his/her initiative, or at the request of the President of the Union or any Member of the Union Council seconded by three Union Council Members. In the absence of the Chairperson, the Honorary Secretary of the Union Council may convene the Meeting. A notice of any such meeting and the agenda thereof shall be posted one clear day beforehand. Such notice and agenda shall be sent to each Union Council Member.”
在足夠評議員要求下，評議會主席必須召開評議會會議，並無選擇餘地。
譚振聲主席，你已嚴重失職，為使學生會運作重回正軌，你必須立即召開評議會緊急會議。
